usually these foods so as usual outside the order. if it turns out not self made too troublesome. shahe fen with an extra shrimp, vegetables and a bit of chili peppers make this dish more savory with touches so a little spicy. nafs was so increased meal! here's the recipe, as quoted from detikfood.1. spicy shrimp shaheingredients:500 g shahe wetlands are nice2 tbsp vegetable oil2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 leek, finely sliced1 tsp ground red pepper50 g peeled shrimp, sliced2 tbsp light soy sauce1 tbsp sweet soy sauce1/2 tsp pepper powder1 tsp salt200 ml water1 egg, beaten2 sprigs chives, sliced100 g bean sprouts in large, cleancomplement:pickled chilliesfried shallotsshahe flush with hot water, drain it immediately.heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant.stir in minced chili peppers and shrimp. stir until it changes color.add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and salt and water. bring to a boil.stir in the egg, mix well.stir in chives, bean sprouts and shahe.mix well and cook until the gravy was a bit dry.remove, serve with a complement.for 2 people2. fried egg shaheingredients:250 g dried shahe2 tbsp margarine1/2 tsp sesame oil2 cloves garlic, finely chopped2 tbsp fish sauce1/2 tsp pepper powder1 tsp salt1 leek, sliced5 pieces of lettuce1 egg chickenhow to make:shahe poached in boiling water until tender. remove and drain.melt the margarine, add the sesame oil.saute garlic until fragrant.stir in fish sauce, pepper and salt. mix well.add the vegetables and eggs, stir until the egg is cooked.enter the shahe, mix well.lift. serve warm.servings for 4 servings.
